Shipping Policy and Free Shipping Details

eGrilleGuards offers free ground shipping to the 48 continental United States on most of the accessories we sell. (All products shipped via truck freight requires a flat shipping fee based on the size of the item.) You can trust your order will be quickly processed and delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your item has been shipped.

AK, HI & PR

There will be a flat $150 fee at checkout for all shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Canada

We accept all orders to our neighbors in Canada. There is a flat $100 shipping charge for all orders entering Canada. All tax, duty, and brokerage fees into Canada are customer's responsibility, to be paid upon receipt. Address accuracy

Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from eGrilleGuards.com. An incorrectly entered addresses is considered the customer's responsibility and can delay or prevent shipment.

Delivery Time

When you place an order with eGrilleGuards.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability and the shipping options you chose. Note that these dates are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been picked-up by the carrier, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and tracking number, with which you can obtain delivery information directly from the carrier.

Shipping Costs

We provide free ground shipping for most of the product we sell, but some bumpers and 1 piece grille guards are shipped by freight truck. All items that ship by freight are charged a flat shipping fee per product, as well as a residential delivery fee for shipping freight items to a non-commercial address. Products requiring freight shipping are noted on the product detail page.

Truck Freight Shipments

Some larger items, such as replacement bumpers, ship via freight truck and are not eligible for free shipping. All items that require additional shipping costs are noted on the product page. If you'd like to ship an item that requires truck freight to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada, please contact us or call 877-226-6474 to get a shipping quote before placing your order.

Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail you can check the status of your delivery with the carrier. Shipping restrictions

eGrilleGuards can ship to most addresses in the United States. Note that there are some restrictions that may apply:

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to a U.S. Postal Service post office box. Please provide an actual street address.

APO/FPO Addresses
Please call eGrilleGuards customer service at 877-226-6474 to place your order.

Commercial Mail Boxes
eGrilleGuards cannot ship to a commercial mail box similar to Mail Boxes Etc. Please provide an actual street address.

Undeliverable packages

When the carrier returns undeliverable packages to us we issue a full refund excluding actual shipping charges (even if you were originally given free shipping on your order). Please allow 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card account. These undeliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item. Please review our Address Accuracy tips above before placing another order.
